Thank you, Midtown Elementary, for hosting the Queen's Quest Chess Tournament, and thank you to State Senator Tom Butler for sponsoring this event.
Over 100 players participated on November 16, 2024. The tournament featured many individual and team awards, a fantastic environment, and delicious concessions, including food from Mei Wei and Chick-fil-A. We hope everyone had a great experience. Thank you to all participants for showing up.

Tied for 1st Place: Sophia Jerez, Artem Starenki, Kylie Zou, and Esteban Jerez.
1st place: Bob Jones High School, 2nd place: Journey Middle School. Bob Jones and Journey Middle School tied on team points, but Bob Jones came out ahead on tie-breaks. This was the closest competition we have ever had in the K-12 section!
