Pairings for 2025 City Chess Championship
Grade-level chess championship. James Clemens High School. Friday evening February 28 (round 1 for Grades 7 - 12) and Saturday March 1, 2025 (all other rounds). Round Times: Grades 7-12 (G/90, d5) Friday 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00, 12:15, and 3:30. Grades 4-6 (G/60, d5) Saturday 9:15, 11:45, 2:00, and 4:30. Grades K-3 (G/45, d5) Saturday 9:30, 11:15, 1:00, and 2:45. Awards Ceremony will be at 7:00 pm Saturday. Medals to the top three finishers in each grade level. $50 cash prize to each City Champion in Grades K-2. $100 cash prize to each City Champion in Grades 3-12.
